FAQ

Questions we hear every day

What is your commission?

Under the Brokerage Law it does not exceed 2.5% of the deal value unless agreed otherwise in writing — and we put it in the brokerage agreement from day one.

Can a non-Saudi resident buy?

Yes, under the non-Saudi ownership law in force since January 2026 and its conditions (designated zones / one licensed residence). We review your case before any step.

Do you register the lease?

All our leases are documented on Ejar, protecting both landlord and tenant.
